COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Applied Robotics QS-1500LRNP-T4 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Atlas-Copco products, including obsoleted and phased-out Auto.direct parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ava-Smart-Actuators product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Atlas-Copco such as the 8433174000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the EA9T15CL manufactured by Auto.direct and we are pleased to be able to service most Auto.direct systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature S2029 by Manufacturer Ava-Smart-Actuators as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Asco Brand EF8344G082MO in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Arnotec such as ATZ2001 equipment made by Arnotec have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Arnotec products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Arnotec" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available G104VN01 made by Auo as well as the popular A08037 original spares produced by Auma Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the V2140403410 by Autocon and ATZ2001 spares by Arnotec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 8211B55 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Asco. |
